Pool Baby

Here we are testing out our new pool. It sure is fun splashing in the water. Chloe is even getting in some sitting up practice time. She is growing up so fast. Not to mention she has totally grown out of her bathing suit already. There is nothing "baby" size left in the stores so she is down to her skin from now on.

First Rice

If you are a Hindu baby your whole family will celebrate your Annaprashan or First Rice by taking turns feeding you a special blessed porridge. Our rice wasn't blessed but it sure was yummy!

All dressed up

Here's Aaron in his uniform, very handsome! and my hydroponic system. Right now I am growing petunias. It's my own little garden on the counter.

Standing up

Can she get any cuter! Chloe's new favorite postion is standing. Of course she needs help but she loves it. It's pretty fun for us too.

The Bumbo is Funbo!

Sitting up is fun to do, fun to do, fun to do! And so is sucking on your fingers! Chloe loves her Bumbo seat and really enjoys being able to see what is going on around her.

Bubble Bubble

Chloe loves to just lay there and blow bubbles until they are all over her chin. We tried to take a picture of it but she just looks slobbery. She is pretty good at entertaining herself.

Against the Glass

Aaron was playing with Chloe one night and discovered a new way to take her picture. She is laying on top of our glass table and Aaron took these from under it. We were laughing so hard. After a while the table got pretty slobery!

Getting Her Feet Wet

Chloe wasn't too fond of the pool at Emma's birthday party, but she liked watching the other girls. The water was pretty cold, I don't blames her.

Baby Mine

I was just sitting here looking at the blog thinking about how beautiful Chloe is, when I looked down and saw her there sleeping on my lap. It is amazing how much more precious and beautiful a baby is in person. Her little sighs and the way she curls her fingers. Even the slight moment of her eyelids makes a grand effect that can't ever be caught on film. I wish I could save it somehow and I wish I could share it with all you. Babyhood is so fleeting!

Tummy time

Here is Chloe doing some tummy time by her mirror. She is getting much better at holding her head up and controling her body. She really liked the mirror and was very interested in the "baby" in front of her. Of course who isn't, she is beautifull!

Just Chillin'

Chloe loves to relax like this. She always puts her arm up even if she is laying down. It is so funny.

Sorry there are so many pictures but I just can't help it, Chloe is so cute! She has been getting good at holding things and can even shake her rattle now.

Sunny Bunny

We were doing yard work one day so I had to bring her out with us. Here she is content in her swing with my hat for shade. She looked so cute!

First successful smile on camera, YAY! We finally caught it! Usually she is all smiley and then when we bring the camera out she just stares wide eyed in amazment!

1st Pony Ride

Here's Chloe on Daddy's shoulders. She's still a little floppy but she is getting better.

Swinging around

It took her a while but Chloe finally likes her swing. It usually buys me an extra fifteen -twenty minutes of arm-free pleasure a day. Thank goodness!
